Today, Domingo Trevino Middle School proudly celebrated Veterans Day to honor and thank our veterans for their service and sacrifice. We were especially honored to welcome the family of Domingo Trevino, who joined us for this meaningful celebration.
Our day began with a parade across campus, where our veterans walked in recognition of their bravery and dedication. Following the parade, our band and dance team presented a wonderful performance in the gym, and the art department gifted them a beautiful painting as a token of appreciation.
Our veterans then enjoyed a special breakfast in the library, where they were serenaded by our talented orchestra. The Student Council shared the history of Domingo Trevino, and the Principles of Engineering classes presented each veteran with a beautiful plaque to commemorate the day.
Thank you to all who participated in making this event so memorable and, most importantly, to our veterans for their service and sacrifice. We are forever grateful!
