Hour of Code typically occurs in December, but Tabasco Elementary marked its celebration of computer science and programming in January due to a heft of December activities going on.
Students logged in to Code.org and embraced the knowledge that powers apps, software, and even business and industry in this 21st century time.
Code.org has been updated with an array of awesome activities the students partook in that help inform students on how AI works and how these skills will help them embrace their potential careers in the future.
Students were able to go all the way through their Hour of Code and even earn a certificate declaring their completion of the experience.
Great job to all Tabasco students who took the step of educating themselves in the realm of coding!
