On October 2nd, our school community came together to celebrate National Custodian Day, honoring the hard work and dedication of our custodial staff. Often the unsung heroes of our school, custodians play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. This year, students organized a surprise assembly featuring heartfelt speeches, a video montage showcasing the custodians' contributions, and handmade thank-you cards filled with personal messages of appreciation. Creative projects included an art mural celebrating the custodial team and delicious treats baked by the culinary club, all designed to uplift and recognize their efforts. Our principal emphasized the importance of gratitude, reminding us that custodians help create a positive learning atmosphere. As we wrapped up the celebrations, students felt inspired to continue expressing their appreciation throughout the year, understanding that even a simple smile or word of thanks can significantly impact our school community.
